Turn Timer
A game timer that gives every player the same countdown for each turn. Tap the big clock to pass the turn on, and the next countdown starts at once.

How to use the turn timer
Set the number of players (2 to 10) and the seconds per turn in Settings; the default is 60 seconds. Tap the big clock, or press Space, to start the first turn. When a player is done, tap to pass: the turn goes to the next player and a fresh countdown starts. The colored bar at the top of the clock shrinks as the time runs down.
The row of names under the clock shows the turn order. Tap a name to give the turn to that player out of order, for example after a skip. Pause stops the clock for a break, and Undo takes back the last pass with the time the player had left.
Players who want a total time budget for the whole game instead of a fixed time per turn can use the board game timer, and two players at a chessboard will want the chess clock.
What happens when the time runs out
In the last seconds of a turn the timer beeps once per second (5 seconds by default, or 0 to switch the beeps off). At zero a horn sounds and the clock shows how far over the player is. By default the turn does not end by itself: the group decides what a late player loses, and the next tap passes the turn as usual. Tick Pass to the next player automatically at zero for strict play, where the next turn starts the moment the time is up.
Every finished turn is logged. The table under the timer shows each player's number of turns, average turn, longest turn and total time, and the chart compares the average turn per player. Download CSV saves every turn with its round and time. Share link copies the setup and names, not the clocks.

Questions
Does the timer keep running if I lock my phone?
Yes. The countdown is worked out from the moment the turn started, not from a ticking loop, so locking the screen, switching apps or refreshing the page loses no time. Everything is saved in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Can each player have a different time per turn?
Not on this page: every turn gets the same countdown, which keeps things fair and simple. If players should each spend their own time budget, use the board game timer, where each player has a time bank.
How are rounds counted?
A round is one turn for each player. The timer counts finished turns and divides by the number of players, so round 2 starts when every player has had one turn.
Can I use it on a TV or tablet in the middle of the table?
Yes. Press Full screen and the countdown fills the screen, with the pass button covering most of it so anyone can reach it.
