How to use the tennis scoreboard
Type the player names at the top of each side, or pick Doubles in Settings for two names per side. Before the first point, press Serves first under whoever won the toss to serve. From then on, tap the big score of the player who won each point. The tennis score counter shows 0, 15, 30 and 40, says deuce and advantage, awards the game, passes the serve and fills in the set table under the scores. A dot marks the server, and tags such as Break point, Set point and Match point appear when the next point could settle something.
Undo takes back the last point, including one that closed a set. Open display window gives a view-only, TV-style board with every set for the people watching; drag it to a second screen. The chart plots points won across the match, Share link sends the score to another phone, Print sheet gives a paper record and Print blank sheet an empty set grid for courtside scoring. When the match ends, a summary lists points won, points won on serve, the longest run and breaks of serve.

Tennis rules this board follows
A game runs 0, 15, 30, 40, game. At 40-40, called deuce, a player needs two points in a row: the first gives advantage, the second wins the game. With No-ad scoring switched on, one deciding point at deuce wins the game. A set goes to the first player with six games and a lead of two. At 6-6 a tiebreak is played, counted 1, 2, 3, and the first to 7 points with a two-point lead takes the set 7-6.
The serve changes after every game. In a tiebreak, the player whose turn it is serves the first point, then each side serves two points in turn, and the player who received first serves the opening game of the next set. Players change ends after the first, third and every later odd game of a set, and after every six points of a tiebreak; the board shows Change ends at those moments, and you can switch the reminder off.
The final set is where events differ most, so Settings offers four choices: a tiebreak to 7 at 6-6 (the default), a tiebreak to 10 at 6-6, an advantage set with no tiebreak, or a match tiebreak to 10 in place of the final set. A match is best of 3 sets unless you choose best of 5 or a single set.

Questions
What does 7-6(5) mean on the set table?
The set was won 7 games to 6 through a tiebreak, and the number in brackets is the loser's tiebreak points: here the tiebreak ended 7-5. The table on this page shows it as a small raised number.
Can I keep score for doubles?
Yes. Choose Doubles in Settings to enter two names per side. The board tracks which pair serves; the order of the servers inside each pair is left to the players.
How do I start with the other player serving?
Before the first point of any game, press Serves first under that player. After that the serve changes by itself every game and every two points in a tiebreak.
What is no-ad scoring?
Instead of playing on from deuce until someone leads by two points, a single deciding point wins the game. Turn it on in Settings when your league or club uses it.
