How to use the golf score counter
Set the par for the hole with the 3, 4 or 5 buttons (every hole starts at par 4), then tap a player's big number to add a stroke. Use − to take one off; taking the last stroke off clears the hole. Move between holes with the arrows or tap a hole number on the scorecard. Tap a par on the scorecard to change it (it steps through 3, 4, 5 and 6).
Open Settings for 1 to 6 players, player names, 9 or 18 holes, and putt tracking. Totals and score to par update after every stroke, and the player with the lowest score to par is marked as leader. New round clears the scores but keeps the names and pars, and can be undone. Download CSV saves the whole card. Print blank scorecard gives you a card with this course's pars and room for four players, and Print scorecard prints the current card with totals and score to par. Share link copies the players, pars and scores, and Chart shows each player's score to par hole by hole. Everything is saved in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere.

Reading the scorecard
- Out is the total for holes 1 to 9 (the front nine) and In the total for holes 10 to 18 (the back nine).
- To par compares your strokes with the par of the holes you have played: E means even par, +3 means three over and -1 one under.
- On a single hole, one under par is a birdie, two under is an eagle, and one over is a bogey.
- Putts count as strokes, so when you track putts the stroke total for a hole is never lower than its putts.
Questions
How is score to par worked out?
It adds up each player's strokes on the holes they have played and subtracts the par of those same holes. That way a player who has played fewer holes is still compared fairly, and the leader is the lowest score to par.
Can I use it for 9 holes?
Yes. Choose 9 holes in Settings. The card then shows holes 1 to 9 and a total. If you switch from 18 to 9, any scores on holes 10 to 18 are kept and come back if you switch again.
Will I lose the card if my phone locks?
No. Every stroke is saved in your browser straight away, so locking the phone, closing the tab or refreshing keeps the whole card. Turn on Keep screen on if you would rather the screen stayed awake.
Does it handle handicaps?
No. It records gross strokes and score to par only. Handicap allowances depend on your club or competition, so work those out separately from the totals on the card or the CSV file.
