How to use the AMRAP timer
Set the time cap in Settings (10:00 by default) and press Start. A 10 second get ready countdown runs first, then the clock counts down the cap. Each time you finish a full round, tap the big Rounds done button or press Space. The count goes up, the time of that round is recorded, and the panel below shows your last and average round.
When the time is up a horn sounds and the face turns green. Use Extra reps with the minus and plus buttons to add the reps you managed in the unfinished round; the count clears each time you log a full round, so it always means reps into the current one. Your score shows as rounds plus reps, and it goes into the log of finished workouts.
Scoring an AMRAP workout
AMRAP means as many rounds as possible: you repeat the same list of movements until the time cap and count how far you got. The usual way to write the result is full rounds plus the reps of the round you did not finish, for example 7 rounds + 12 reps. The timer only counts what you tap, so ask a partner to tap for you if your hands are busy.
A double tap within half a second counts once, a tap during get ready or after the cap is ignored, and Undo takes back a round logged by mistake. Chart shows the time of each round as bars, which makes it easy to see where you slowed down. Print sheet prints your result with every round time; Print blank sheet gives a score sheet for a class with columns for name, rounds and reps.
For fixed intervals instead, the EMOM timer starts a new set every minute, and the round timer handles rounds with rest.

Questions
Can I pause an AMRAP?
Yes, tap the clock or press P. Rounds cannot be logged while it is paused, so a stray tap does not count. Press it again to carry on from the same time.
Is there a warning before time runs out?
Set Warning before the end in Settings, for example to 30 or 60 seconds, and you hear three quick knocks at that point. The last three seconds always beep.
Can several people use it at once?
The round counter is for one athlete. For a group, run the clock on one screen and give each person the printed blank score sheet, or use one phone per athlete with this page open.
Are my rounds saved if the page reloads?
Yes. The clock, your rounds and extra reps are saved in your browser as you go, so a reload or a locked phone does not lose them. Nothing is sent anywhere.
