How to use the EMOM timer
Choose the number of intervals in Settings (10 by default) and press Start. After the get ready countdown a high tone starts minute 1. Do the reps your workout calls for, then rest for whatever is left of that minute. The big number counts down the seconds to the next minute, the last three seconds beep, and the next minute starts on its own. Minute 7 of 10 and the name of the next movement are shown under the clock.
Tap the clock to pause, use Skip or Back to move between minutes, and Undo if you pressed something by mistake. When the last minute ends, a horn sounds and the workout goes into the log of finished workouts.
Movements and interval length
In an EMOM workout each interval starts at a fixed time, so a faster set earns a longer rest. Type your movements in Settings, separated by commas, for example Burpees, Kettlebell swings, Air squats. The timer shows them in turn, one per minute, and starts again from the first when the list runs out: with three movements, minute 4 shows the first one again.
The interval does not have to be a minute. Set the interval length to 1:30 or 2:00 for an every 90 seconds or every 2 minutes workout; the screen then says Interval instead of Minute. A warning a few seconds before each interval ends can be turned on as well.
If you would rather race the clock for as many rounds as possible, use the AMRAP timer. For fixed work and rest times, try the interval timer.

Questions
What does EMOM stand for?
Every minute on the minute. At the start of each minute you do a set number of reps, and the time left in that minute is your rest.
What if I do not finish the reps inside the minute?
The timer moves on to the next minute anyway, because the start times are fixed. Many people then lower the reps or the weight so every set fits, but how to handle it is up to you or your coach.
Can I print the workout?
Print sheet gives a table with every minute, its movement, when it starts and a box to tick. Print blank sheet gives an empty sheet with columns for exercise, work, rest and notes.
Does it need an internet connection?
Only to open the page the first time. Everything runs in your browser, your settings are saved there, and nothing is sent anywhere.
