How to use the pitch counter
Type the pitcher's name at the top. After each pitch, press Ball, Strike, Foul or In play. The big number is that pitcher's pitch count, and the count, inning and outs sit under it. Four balls or a third strike resets the count and adds a batter faced, and so does a ball in play. If you only want the total, tap the big number: it adds one pitch without calling it a ball or a strike. +1 pitch does the same, for example for a hit batter, and New batter resets the count.
Press Out for each out; after three the counter moves to the next inning by itself (you can turn that off). When the coach makes a change, press Add pitcher and type the new name. The count carries on for the batter at the plate. The arrows next to the name, or the names in the table, switch between pitchers. Keeping the score as well? Pitch limit, strikes and innings pitched
Set your league's pitch limit in Settings. Leagues set their own limits by age and level, and many also require rest days after a given number of pitches, so this page does not supply any numbers: type the limit you were given. The badge next to the name shows how many pitches are left. A double beep warns you a set number of pitches before the limit (10 by default), and a horn sounds when the pitcher reaches it.
The counter follows the usual pitch count bookkeeping: pitches are balls plus strikes, and strikes include foul balls and balls put in play, so the strike percentage is strikes divided by pitches. A foul with two strikes adds a pitch and a strike to the totals but leaves the count at two strikes. Innings pitched is written the usual way, where 2.1 means two innings and one out. The table shows every pitcher's pitches in each inning, and the chart draws them as bars.

Questions
What pitch limit should I set?
The one your league or tournament uses. Limits and rest rules differ between leagues, ages and levels, and they change, so check your league's current rules and type that number in Settings.
Does a foul ball count as a pitch?
Yes. Every pitch counts toward the total, fouls included. A foul is also counted as a strike in the totals, but with two strikes already it leaves the count at two.
Can I track both teams' pitchers?
Yes. Add every pitcher who throws, up to 20, and name them with the team if that helps, for example Home: Sam. Each one keeps their own count and innings.
Will I lose the counts if my phone locks?
No. Every pitch is saved in your browser the moment you tap, so a locked phone, a refresh or a closed tab keeps the counts. Nothing is sent anywhere.
