How to use the golf card game score sheet
Add the players with + Add player (2 to 8) and type their names. The table lists every hole of the game in advance, like a paper scorecard. When a hole (one deal) ends, turn the cards face up, add up each player's layout and type the total on their card. Scores can be negative, so a layout full of twos is no problem. Press Score this hole and the row fills in. After the last hole the player with the lowest total is named the winner, and the leader is outlined along the way.
To add up a layout, open the Card points helper below the sheet, tap every card that counts and send the sum to a player. Print blank sheet prints a golf card game score sheet for your table with the common card values at the bottom. Print sheet prints the game so far, and the chart shows how the totals grew hole by hole. Keeping score for real golf on a course? Use the golf score counter instead.
Golf card game scoring
Golf is a family of games, and scoring differs between groups, so the sheet only adds up the points you type. The common values, which the card helper uses, are:
- Ace 1 point, two minus 2, three to ten their face value, jack and queen 10, king 0.
- A matching pair of cards in the same column scores 0.
- The lowest total after all the holes wins.
In 6-card golf each player has a layout of six cards, in 9-card golf nine. Choose the game and the number of holes (9 by default, 1 to 18) in Settings; the table and the printed sheet follow. If your group plays jokers or other special cards, count them at your own values and type the total.

Questions
Why is it called a hole?
The card game borrows its words from golf: each deal is a hole, and like golf the lowest score wins. A game is usually played over 9 holes, and this sheet lets you pick anything from 1 to 18.
How do I enter a minus score?
Type the minus sign before the number, for example -4. On a phone, use the minus key on the keyboard that opens for the field.
Does the sheet work for 9-card golf?
Yes. Pick 9-card golf in Settings. The scoring you type is the same; the choice changes the printed sheet and the notes.
Can I play more than 9 holes?
Yes. Set the number of holes in Settings, up to 18. The table adds the extra rows straight away.
